Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All product images are created to accurately represent the actual product, including fabric, color, and fit. Minor differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings, but the product you receive will match the quality and design shown.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After placing your order, a confirmation email containing your receipt and order details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.

How does your replacement policy work?

We offer replacements only, not returns.

You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item or size was sent

The product must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With original tags and packaging intact

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Not always. Our products are released in limited quantities. Some items may be restocked, while others may not return once sold out.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Pakistan only.
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location.

Do you offer refunds?

No. KREESE does not offer refunds. We only provide replacements under the conditions mentioned above.
