Replacement Policy (No Returns)

  • KREESE does not offer refunds or returns.
  • Replacement is available only under the following conditions:
    • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
    • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
    • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • All replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by KREESE.
  • Issues related to sizing preference, color expectation, or buyer’s remorse are not eligible for replacement.

Product Care and Usage Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for proper garment care.
  • KREESE is not liable for:
    • Shrinkage
    • Color fading
    • Fabric texture changes
    • Damage caused by washing, drying, ironing, or chemicals
